The centerpiece of the campus is Hartford Hall, an English Tudor mansion, which has been on the National Register for Historic Places since 1978.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. was hired to design the replacement and upgrade of the existing HVAC, electrical and Fire Alarm systems serving this building.
The HVAC equipment was carefully selected to preserve the interior and exterior look of the building and also increase occupants comfort. The Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system was selected due to the flexible design, low noise technology with compact design, energy-saving, individual control, space saving, easy system set up, save time on installation and implicit money and the ability to remotely monitor the space temperature.
