This is a new built single family house. The house has approximately 15,000 square feet and includes a Theatre, Exercise Room, Play Room, and Offices in addition to lavish kitchen, bedrooms and family rooms.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design services.
The selected space cooling was designed to use Mitsubishi City Multi Heat Recovery System with ducted ceiling mounted interior units. The designed system simultaneously cools and heats different zones within the house to provide energy-saving, heat-recovery operation through the use of the BC Controller. New modular units feature a compact chassis, smaller installation footprint, low operating sound, easy piping and maintenance design, and are lightweight. Each room is controlled independently from the other rooms providing high efficiency and energy savings reducing both, the installation time and cost.
Energy Recovery units were designed to provide individualize ventilation for each room.
The space heating was designed to use radiant heating throughout the house.
