Bicaluro Associates P.C. was hired to study and design improvements of the existing HVAC system in several buildings: Lourdes Hall, Finley Hall and Newman Hall.
In Lourdes Hall building, the existing constant volume HVAC systems have been upgraded to a variable air volume system by using modulating dampers and static pressure sensors giving the occupants more flexibility and comfort.
In Finely Hall Building, Room 312 use has been changed from an office type room to a production printing room with large copiers which are emitting heat in the space. Bicaluro Associates PC has been hired to upgrade the HVAC and ventilation system to increase comfort for the technicians and bring the temperature in the environmental levels required by the high tech copiers.
In Newman Hall building Bicaluro Associates PC improved the ventilation and outdoor air supply to the Bursar area.
