A new Community Center building with four stories, a, cellar with garage, gymnasium on the first floor, multipurpose rooms on first and second floors and 17 apartments on the third and fourth floors. The building’s total gross square footage is approximately 62,500.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services.
The selected HVAC system for this building was a combination of high efficiency variable air volume rooftop units with VAV boxes for the public areas and individual instantaneous gas fired combination boiler and domestic water heater with split system for the residential apartments.
