The project consists of converting an existing residential building into a new hotel. The new Hotel has eight stories, a cellar level, 77 guest rooms and a restaurant. The building’s total gross square footage is approximately 34,500.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services including design for an Emergency Generator.
The existing cooling tower was retained and the system was designed to reuse the existing basement-mounted boiler and new ceiling mounted water source heat pumps in the guest rooms.
