This is a complete gut renovation an existing single family house. The renovated house has approximately 10,000 square feet and includes a Sunroom and Offices in addition to kitchen, bedrooms and family rooms.

The selected space cooling was designed to use Daikin Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) Systems with ducted ceiling mounted interior units. The VRV system was selected to provide individual comfort and ease of installation. Each room is controlled independently from the other rooms providing high efficiency and energy savings reducing both, the installation time and cost.
The space heating was designed to use wall panel radiators throughout the house.
