The project consists of 12,150 square feet apartment building with 4-stories. The building has 6 apartments of which 5 are duplex.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design services.
The selected space heating and domestic hot water systems for each apartment was designed by using a combined instantaneous gas fired hot water boiler and tankless heater with baseboard radiators. A Split system was designed for each apartment.
The designed electrical systems include lighting and power distributions, as well as complete smoke detection, communications and TV broadcast systems.
