The new Hotel has five stories, a cellar level, 73 guest rooms and a restaurant. The building’s total gross square footage is approximately 23,000.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services including design for an Emergency Generator.
The selected space heating and domestic hot water systems for each guest room were designed to use individual package terminal air conditioning and electric heating (PTAC) units. The designed electrical systems include lighting and power distributions, as well as complete fire detection system, communications and TV broadcast systems.
