The project consists of 16,250 square feet apartment building with 5-stories. There are two levels of parking (cellar and 1st floor) , a Medical Office on the 1st floor and 21 apartments.

Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services.

The selected space heating and domestic hot water systems for each apartment was designed by using a combined instantaneous gas fired hot water boiler and tankless heater with baseboard radiators.

The designed electrical systems include lighting and power distributions, as well as complete fire alarm, smoke detection, communications and TV broadcast systems.

The designed plumbing installation includes the new Building Code requirements including a secondary storm drainage system, storm water and sanitary drainage, hot and cold water supply, fire standpipe, sprinklers, natural gas, laundry sinks, etc.
