The project consists of about 16,000 square feet apartment building with 5-stories. The building has an outdoor parking and 22 apartments.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services.
The selected space cooling and heating systems for each apartment was designed to use gas fired packaged terminal units (PTAC).
The designed electrical systems include lighting and power distributions, as well as complete smoke detection, communications and TV broadcast systems.
