Bicaluro Associates PC provides effective engineering design, carefully planned and systematically executed. These proven methods and ideas of engineering design are a condition of successful energy efficient systems and reduced first and operating costs.
Due to the complexity of contemporary technology, system design efforts require intensive organization, understanding and communication within teams. Our team of engineers breaks down the design process into phases and then into distinct steps, each with its own working methods.
We start by meeting our client to discuss and clarify the project’s scope of work, the allocated budget and schedule for the design and construction phases.
Then our Principal and Project Engineers of each discipline will identify and review relevant reports, studies and plans such as need assessments reports, master plans, existing drawings, building plans and documents, client standards and guidelines. Our team of Engineers will set up specific tasks and milestones for each phase upon completion of the construction documents. The team will embrace all the important elements of engineering design, sustainable engineering to increase energy, materials and water productivity. They will focus on establishing the design systems as one of the most cost effective ways to both increase the productivity and reduce the negative environmental impacts of an engineered system.
Staffing of the project will be distinct for each phase of services. The Principal will manage the project throughout the duration of the phases and will be the main contact for all questions, clarifications and request for information.
We value the collaboration between our company, the client, architect, structural engineer and work with all consultants throughout the entire design process to provide a coordinated set of drawings.
