The new Hotel has five stories, a cellar level, 62 guest rooms and a restaurant. The building’s total gross square footage is approximately 25,000.
Bicaluro Associates P.C. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services. The selected space heating and domestic water systems for each guest room were designed to use individual package terminal air conditioning with electric heating (PTAC) units. The designed electrical systems include lighting and power distribution, emergency power, fire detection systems, communications and TV broadcast systems.
