This is a new restaurant in Harlem of 1,400 square feet designed to serve 66 patrons with a Seating Area and a Bar. Bicaluro Associates was hired to design the HVAC and Plumbing systems.
The split system by Daikin system was selected due to the flexible design, low noise technology with compact design, energy-saving, individual control, space saving, easy system set up, save time on installation and implicit money and the ability to remotely monitor the space temperature.
